Anyone else having this issue at the moment?

Server has been in this situation for ~8 hours now. Force stop, force start, nothing works. Just keeps saying: "The server will now restart..." and nothing really happens.

Yes when i got up this morning and was going to play, I'm getting the same thing also it just keeps on saying restarting the server Needs fixing ASAP
