    I just found out about being able to start a modded Farm Sim server. How does it work? Do other players have to download every mod used or does it allow them to use the mods on the server? I know if you start a multiplayer game on the base game then every player needs to have the same mods downloaded which can be problematic with 20+ GBs of mods.

    Since no one else answered. Every player has to have the "exact" version of mods that are installed on the server. That makes for faster game play. You wouldn't want to download every mod from the server every time you started FS19 in multiplayer mode.
