Currently players from Epic Games Launcher are allowed on the server. Therefore, mods will not be active on the server. You can change this under "Settings" -> "General" -> "Allowed platforms".
Is there any solution coming to this problem?

Not sure what your question is.
If you wish to have Steam and EPIC players on the same servers, mods will not be available. If you check this, it disables them.
No solution as this is how the devs designed the game.

There is beta mod for epic store right now
so maybe in 6 months we will have mods on ark
