My server will not start.

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient.     I am trying to turn on my server on my dashboard, but whenever I click the start server button, it doesn't do anything. I've tried turning it on from multiple devices, tried restarting my browser, tried rebooting an old save file, and basically any other form of starting the server.


    I have already put in a ticket, but I believe the Support is closed for the day, and my server rented time is just ticking down without me being able to even use it. Any solution to this problem would be appreciated!

    Sorry that you are having issues. Sounds like you have already done what a moderator would advise. Creating the ticket was the last thing we would have suggested.

    We have no access to servers or accounts so we are unable to assist, only Nitrado Support can. Please be patient while your tickets is in the queue.
