Server rolled back after suspension?

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots.   • I am fuming right now. Absolutely fuming.

    Yesterday I noticed I needed to renew my server because it had become suspended. (I used to get an email reminder about this, but no longer do for some reason, but whatever.) It had only been suspended for a day. I went ahead and renewed it. Today I logged onto the server and we lost more than a week of progress. The server was rolled back to an EFFING WEEK AGO! This is NOT the first time this has happened. Actually, between two servers, this has happened at least three and possibly four times. There were things we accomplished that can never be done again. I have contacted Nitrado about this before and never received a response. I have contacted them again, so we'll see what happens.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Is there ANY way to fix it?

    I'm sorry your servers have rolled back. Have you tried using a backup to being it back to it's current state? You should be able to load right off a backup under the settings tab.

    I just tried about ten minutes ago. The backup says it's from two days ago, which is the last time we played, but when I restored it and relaunched the server, nothing changed. I was still in the same spot from more than a week prior.

  • I would stop from making any changes and send out a support ticket right away and or call and explain to them what the issue is and hopefully they can get it squared away for you.

    I sent a support ticket immediately. I just got a response and they suggested exactly what you did, which I've already done without success. I explained that too them, so hopefully they have more options.
