Finally found their discord ARK: Survival Evolved. You will need to wait 10 minutes once joining to click the green check mark at the bottom to accept the rules. Then you can start viewing their announcements and such.

Win10 gang:

No definite time as yet, the client build is moving through cert and our partners are doing everything they can to expedite the process.

Just downloaded it myself and its working.

We're going to have a server deployment shortly that will temporarily resolve the Xbox and Win10 crashing issue with a view to submitting a client hotfix to certification later tonight that will address the problem in it's entirety.
