I have the same problem what do we do? I am in the usa as well I can get on but most of my players cant

Same could not retrieve address it says on my server
Yep it seems the more people that leave the server cant get back in. Now I cant even get in.
I also cannot connect to either of the two servers I rent. Does support look at the forums or is this something I need to call about? It seems to be a bigger issue than just one person.

Found this on different forum from Nitrado so at least they’re working on it.
“I'm sure a lot of you along the east coast are getting a cannot retrieve address error specifically for Ark on the windows 10 and xbox They are are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. Please be patient and hang tight. Sorry for any Inconvenience this may cause.”
