I was wondering if there is any way to change the map in my personal server while keeping my tribe's Dinos. Is it possible through the Obelysks? If yes, is it just like singleplayer?

yup. Make sure you have your timers set correctly. By default I believe its 24hrs.
But as will anything, its a risk to upload/download dinos.
