We are in the same situation. We add a event server and and can't not use it. We can not join it to our cluster. The server ticking down days and total waste of money.
It think this will take a long time to fix. Its a complicated exploit to fix for them.

that's exactly what our server was for as well! Hopefully they get it fixed soon as our server was a short duration one.
It's obnoxious how long this is taking, I wiped 2 of the servers on my cluster on Friday, prior to this my community had moved their donos ect to the 2 maps that were not being wiped. So now the 2 wiped servers aren't clustered, people haven't been able to get their stuff off the other 2 maps to make the transition smooth, we the admins are getting chewed out left and right because of it. Get you poop in a group and get this fixed soon rather than later. I would love to see some time extension to server due to how much of an affect this has had on our communities.

Couldn't Nitrado just issue new cluster ids to everyone? Or is it that everyone can see the Ids even if they change? This doesn't seem like it should be such a problem to fix? Wonder if everyone will get some refunded days?
I Certainly hope we do, I'm losing community members now due to it, my new job in life is answering messages such as "why aren't the transfers fixed yet". This has gone beyond frustrating at this point. The servers are suppose to be clusterable, they currently are not, my days are ticking down, these days should be refunded.
I get that issues arise that need to be fixed but this one is HUGE and is taking far to long.
