Changesize command ps4

The command changesize does not seem to work on my nitrado server pa4, it makes you float your current player or dino model to the high you want, but offline ps4 single player it works just fine scaling player and dino models. Why is that? Cant find any solution and rarely anyone else who has the same problem.
