cant long in to ark server

I can't log into my ark aerver, its been 10 hours, no resolve or fix, I've paid, in advance,yet cant use service, I want full refund to be paid back to my paypal,

I would suggest you all find a better game host, in all honesty nitrado,

Refund my money, or ill see you in court.

Everyone find better host.
