Title says it all. I purchased a server for my wife and I to play on. She has xbox one while I use PC. We had the server up and working for a number of months. Now neither of us can find the server on either platform. We've restarted both our systems and the server a number of time. Cross play is checked. Please assist!
Paid for ark server not showing up for either PC or XBOX. Please help

Since you both cannot find it. Is the server running correctly and not stopped or stuck in a restarting state?

Great question. I just want to check and it now says the server is stopped...yet I didn't stop it. I've restarted the server and still can't see my server on xbox or PC. I'm back in the interface and it shows that the server is running. Here’s my server info incase that is helpful

Moderators do not have access to accounts or servers.
Since this is a new server, try a reinstall. If that fails, contact Nitrado Support to further investigate.
Please check your server logs and include any errors in your ticket.
