Server Installation

for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    I have been waiting for installation for 5 hours. I could have installed the game 5+ times with mediocre internet and an xbox in that time. I have put in multiple tickets and tried to call. You took my money in seconds but its taking me this long to receive a product?

    I'm sorry this is happening to you. When you sign into the web interface it still says installing correct? Is there any button that says forcestop? If it's not there my next suggestion would have been to submit a support ticket. You have already done that though. Please only submit one ticket it at a time though. Tickets will be answered in the order they'r received. Also your time for having the server will not start until your server has been installed and is running.
