For the past 5 hours my server has been stuck in a restart loop and when I click "force stop", it doesn't do anything. When I called it told me they are "busy call again later" and it hangs up. I have a support ticket in but still nothing back.
Is there anything else I can try? I have a lot of people wanting the server back up!
Ive been experiencing the same issue. Problem started yesterday evening and the server is still stuck in a shutdown and restart loop.
Same, Just create a ticket and wait for the support team to respond. I don't know why this is happening but I hope none of my game data gets effected by this.
yup but all nitrado did was send me an automated message telling me to restore my server... i was hoping they would actually look into the issue rather than to tell us we have to basically scrap our current save and start all over.
I think it is fixed
