When I go into Nitrado to see if my server is up and running and it is, so I go to the Ark app to go into unofficial server to my server it is there and when I click to join and use the password to get in it says connecting. After a bit it says connection has timed out. This has been going on for roughly more than 24 hours now. Also no one in my server can go in as well either. This is the first time this has happened and I am not sure what to do now I have tried almost everything now please help.

Here are some things you can try to do:
Reboot the server. If that fails, try force shutdown then restart.
Otherwise please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate by submitting a ticket.
