CrossARK wont enable

I copied the cluster ID on my friends server and pasted it to my server. The server names are not the same but when i go to an obelisk my friends server does not show up any fix?

Hello

when you added the ids did you both save and restart the servers? Also both servers would need to be a Nitrado server. Make sure you also allow the uploading and downloading options as well. And both servers need to be the same. Can't have one server as PC and the other as an XBox.
