Xbox Ark server is stuck in restart loop

Just got a new server today and it is stuck on the restarting loop and not showing up on server list.

It will not appear on the list if it is stuck in a restart loop. Try a forcestop, then restart if you can.

If you are not able to, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate.

I’m experiencing the same issue, already force stopped and restarted and still doing the same

same I've done it multiple of times and its still stuck on restarting.
