so they finished up the maintenance on on the hardware where my server was located and now my server says its back up but i cannot find it by typing the server name on steam and my epic players cannot find it on the epic version either i already submitted a ticket but my players cannot wait 24s for a response can someone please help me

Did you enable in the webUI of your server to 'enable for Steam+Epic'?
Then save, restart.

yes i did i havent made anychanges to my server since i opened my server but it was working fine till the hardware maintenance and it wont even show up on my favorites tab either

If this is a new server, try a reinstall. It may have got hosed.
If it is an existing server, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate.

its about 6 days old already and i have submitted ticket so i guess im going to have to wait this out ..
