Restarted server a couple of times and asked different users to try and the server is no longer showing up on the list of available servers.

As already mentioned in other posts today, please attempt a recovery backup of the latest savefile. This is what the Devs also recommend.
If you do not feel comfortable in doing that, please contact Nitrado Support for further assistance by submitting a ticket.
I have the same problem. Going to a backup cannot be the solution for us users.
Last time I had to use a backup it turned out that it was days old. Very disappointing!
So I opened a ticket. I hope that helps...

When I can do a daily backup, its my responsibility to ensure that backups are timely created.

You may want to visit the official ARK Forums and share the part of restoring a backup. This is what they recommend. Those that have played ARK for a while now know this happens more often than we the gamers would like. I agree with you. Unfortunately we have no way around it.
