Server not populating on list

Hi, so I am having a situation similar to everyone else here today: my server is not showing up on the server list on Xbone.

I have restarted my server several times. I have stopped my server and restarted it several times. I did get an update (~30gb) for my game on Xbone.

I have searched the forums for step to take after this, but have my research has been fruitless. I also get the equivalent to "our lines are full" for every call to the US call center.

If someone has a few suggestions as to what I can do next to bring my server back online, I would appreciate it.

I don't mind waiting for server issues to be handled, if that is all it is. My concern is that there could be a missing step, and I have only become a Nitrado customer about a week ago, so I am unfamiliar with the ropes around here.

So, noob question, but when you say start witha recovery, are you refering to a previous save state? Like loading a save state from the last time I was able to log-on?

I am going to try that method now. Please let me know if you meant something different.

Which backup would I should I be choosing? I am imagining that it would be a server recovery file?

I just don't want to make some grievous error with the amount of no-lifing I have put into this server so far.
