Rented an ACC server and can't find in game.

Hi guys.

I've rented an Assetto Corsa Competizione (PS4) server and I can't find the server in the game. The configuration is right, even if I reinstall the server trying to solve the problem, it persists.

I've opened an ticket trying to solve, and it was solved, but when I changed the server to another location (ping issues), the new location has the same problem before. I'm really upset about this error, and the rent time is counting. How this can be fixed?
