DayZ Server Status Discord Bot

I would like to display the status of my Nitrado servers in my discord
Green - Online
Orange - Restarting
Red - Offline

or something similar.

Is there a bot that can help me do this?

Ahh I should have mentioned this is for the PS4 Nitrado Server

I don't think this will be possible because PS4 uses different values than PC servers, meaning that the data simply can't be retrieved.

But if it should, and someone reads this, I assume that this person here will respond.

Also whitelisting DayZ PS4 servers if possible (whoever might be reading this)
