I was wondering if on my Xbox server if their is a way to set up what is in the drops at all? Or if we can add mods to the server?
If so how would i do that?

You can't use mods on console servers, but I believe you can set up what is in drops using expert settings. However, I can't help you with expert settings as I have never used them. I am sure somebody more knowledgeable in that area than me can help you.

that's for sure! I was able to unlock all the engrams but now i can't ride my dinos and they aren't spawning in my server now D;
It's like one half a baby forward to ten thousand steps backwards!!!

I've made changes manually and through an editor, and an editor is the way to go. Beacon makes customizing loot drops, dino levels and many other things simple. You can find it here: Beacon - A Loot Editor for Ark: Survival Evolved
