There's also a bit of rounding we have to do, since the Microsoft store only allows fixed price tags (like $9.99, $10.49, etc.).

Yes, the MS Store is different, that's correct.

The ordering process tells you how much the server will cost. It's not hard to work out. You can select the server you want and it will tell you how much it will cost, without you actually having to buy it. It's so easy my cat can do it.
