Download cryopoded dino

My friends and I have set up a cluster of three severs. When ever we upload a dino it transfers just fine, but if we do the same in a cryopod it comes out a level 1. Did we miss something when setting the severs up?

Hello.

I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly. So with the crypod you're taming the dinos putting them in the crypod then when you transfer them to another server and take them out of the crypod they're just coming at level 1 now.
