The server isn't updating and I submitted a help ticket over 8 hours ago and I still haven't got any assistance. I honestly couldn't be more disappointed in a game server service - this is terrible.
Sever not updating to lastest version.

tried a server restart ? mine updated 20 mins ago after i restarted it (several times ).

I can attempt to join, but get an error and freeze on "Retrieving and loading configs".

Im having so many problems rented the server for a year wouldnt have if i knew it was gunna be this bad!!!

me neither. Luckily i've rented it for three months. Also told them that if this would happen more often i would demand my money back for not delivering their services..
Few years ago I used Nitrado and it was way better back then.

Looks like we're coming up on 24 hours of this...
Unfortunately chances of a refund are very low. I've held around 20 ark servers with Nitrado and issues are met with 'too bad so sad'. Basically their incompetence is our problem, not theirs.
I was looking forward to a relaxing saturday killing zombies but that wont be happening -
did anyone find a solution for this? Thanks!
