Mods only work with PC/Steam, not consoles.

DOAGEN even though the Category:Atlas - Nitradopedia EN doesn't specify and the ServerGridEditor used to establish console maps is the same for PC and console?

You can modify the json in either and upload. Settings are done in that. Lots of tutorials on the web detailing how to do that.
Some settings may or may not work though.
